§ Mr. RifkindThe local inquiry was held on 19 February and the parties to it have asked the reporter to let them see the factual part of his report for any comments they might wish to make. It will therefore be some weeks before my right hon. Friend receives the report, and I cannot say what, if any, further consultations will be required before my right hon. Friend reaches a decision.
