§ Mr. TebbitThe Air Transport Users Committee has been established by the Civil Aviation Authority to assist it to fulfil its statutory functions. I do not 387W appoint the committee's members. However, I understand that the committee fulfills a useful role both in advising the authority and in dealing with complaints from air travellers. In addition to its annual reports, it has published material on air fares in Europe and a booklet of advice to air travellers.
