§ Mr. Heddleasked the Minister of Transport whether in view of the fact that the Department of Transport published the draft order of the Birmingham-Nottingham trunk road A453, improvement at Bell Inn Junction-Hospital Street, Tamworth, in May 1977 and, in the light of the public inquiry held in June 1979, if he is able to indicate when his Department's decision will be made known.
