asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will call in the application for planning permission by the Lincolnshire county council to make Moulton Marsh into a rubbish dump.

Mr. Fox

As I told my hon. Friend in my letter of 17 August, this matter should properly be left to the Lincolnshire county council for decision.
