§ Mr. GoodhartThe Northern Ireland Housing Executive does operate the job 289W release scheme. This scheme was suspended temporarily during the general ban on public service recruitment, but, as the right hon. Gentleman will know, it is now in operation again, and it will continue in a slightly modified form for a further year from April 1980.
