§ Mr. ParkinsonThere is no fixed procedure, but we do in considering proposals for import restraints take very careful account of the need to avoid disruption to the retail markets, and to282W minimise any inconvenience to the consumer. Any representations by the importing, retailing or consumer interests are given full consideration.
