§ 52. Mr. Dobsonasked the Minister of Transport if he will arrange for all the evidence submitted to the Armitage inquiry to be placed in the Library of the House of Commons.
§ Mr. FowlerI shall arrange for copies of the evidence so far submitted by my Department in response to requests from the Armitage inquiry on lorries, people and the environment to be placed in the Library of the House. Copies of further evidence from my Department will also be placed in the Library as it becomes available.
The availability of other evidence submitted to the inquiry is a matter for those submitting it, and for Sir Arthur Armitage.
