§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will institute an investigation into the fact that the St. Clears bypass has resulted in persistent flooding, in order to reassess the bridge over the River Cynning along the course of the bypass.
§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI do not accept that recent flooding in St. Clears necessarily resulted from construction of the bypass to the town. The matter is being investigated and I shall write to the hon. Member.
