§ The Prime MinisterI have received two letters from His Eminence the Cardinal Archbishop of Westminster, the first of which covered a memorandum by the Roman Catholic Bishops of England and Wales. In addition, I have had several hundred letters from other correspondents, and one petition with 162,000 signatures protesting at the proposed school meals and transport charges.
