§ Mr. Mike Thomasasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he has received the report of the interdepartmental working party examining the feasibility of making arrangements for United Kingdom citizens convicted of criminal offences abroad to be able to serve their sentences in the United Kingdom; and whether the report will be published.
§ Mr. WhitelawI expect to receive the working party's report before the end of this month, and I shall then decide whether it should be published.
