§ Mr. Beithasked the Minister of Transport whether the recently announced allocation of European Economic Community funds for improvements on the A1 between Newcastle and Edinburgh will allow the Alnwick bypass extension, the Berwick bypass arid the Belford bypass to be brought forward.
