§ Mr. YoungerA representative average cost for a one pint glass milk bottle is 5.5 pence, and the average trip-page experienced at present by a representative group of Scottish distributors is a little over nine. The liquid milk pricing arrangements envisage an average rate of profit for milk distributors but the actual profit will vary significantly from company to company.
