§ Mr. Fordasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what advice he has issued to chief constables regarding the format of forms issued by them for the purpose of enabling applications to be made for the grant, renewal or variation of firearms certificates.
§ Mr. WhitelawThe Firearms Rules 1969 prescribe the form in which applications must be made. Advice has been given from time to time on the content of explanatory notes which are not part of the prescribed form.
