§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions the circumstances of the acquisition at auction of the bust of Algardi by three art dealers, and its proposed sale to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, with a view to prosecution under the Auction (Bidding Agreements) Act 1927.
