§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will consider making a belt south of the River Teify that forms a constituency and district border with Ceredigion, some 10 to 15 miles deep from Tregaron inland to Cardigan town on the coast, part of the area served by the Development Board for Rural Wales, because of its poor communications and very high unemployment rate.
§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsAs I made clear during the Standing Committee debate on 6 February c. 11, I do not at present envisage changes in the board's boundaries.
