§ Dr. J. Dickson Mabonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will outline the present five-year rolling programme of new housebuilding by the Scottish Special Housing Association.
§ Mr. YoungerThe SSHA has a new housebuilding programme of about 8,200 houses and has plans to acquire and modernise some 4,700 houses belonging to Glasgow district council. The phasing of the work will depend on the availability of suitable sites, the provision of the necessary services, and the annual capital expenditure which can be authorised.
