§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that as part of the reduction which is being made in the training opportunities scheme the numbers completing courses at the semi-skilled level are expected to fall by about half over a period of three years from the figure of about 6,000 completions originally planned for 1980–81. It is not possible to list courses which will be affected by this reduction.
