asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many of the recommendations made in the working party report, on the Special Constabulary, which sat during 1976, have been incorporated in regulations.

The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, HOME OFFICE (Lord Belstead)

None, since incorporation was unnecessary. The recommendations were commended to police authorities and chief officers of police for implementation within the framework of the existing regulations.
