§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that the last major campaign for the recruitment of skillcentre instructors took place in the period September to December 1978. The total cost of the campaign including promotional material used was £434,718. There were 3,085 applicants, and from these 59 instructors were recruited.
