§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe total cost to public funds of the scheme to convert 593W the Exchange Building in Cardiff is estimated at £521,000. This includes the cost of preparatory work, consultants' fees, rent paid to date and maintenance and service charges paid to date. Current annual running costs are about £54,000. The Property Services Agency is at present seeking to dispose of its interest in the building.
