Mr. Fitt

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland (1) how many dismissed employees appearing before tribunals in Northern Ireland for unfair dismissal were represented by (a) lawyers and (b) trade unions;

(2) how many dismissed employees appearing before industrial tribunals in Northern Ireland for unfair dismissal were reinstated by order of the tribunal.
