§ Mr. Michael MarshallNo. The services provided to sub-post offices and the remuneration of sub-postmasters are matters for negotiation between the Post Office and the National Federation of Sub-Postmasters respectively.
The effects of any significant proposed change of business volume on the sub-post office network will however be subject to the most careful consideration and proper consultation.
