§ Mr. Meacherasked the Attorney-General in how many cases over the last 10 years where persons have died whilst in police custody complaints have been made which have been referred to the Director of Public Prosecutions; in which years these were; what was the cause of death in each case; in how many of these cases prosecution was recommended by the Director of Public Prosecutions; what were the results; or what other action was taken in each case.
