asked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to publish the survey of vacant properties which was referred to on page 2 of the National Dwelling and Housing Survey and which was expected in 1979.

I expect to receive the report very shortly; it will then be published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office in the normal way.

out the total sum budgeted for advertising the home insulation scheme since 1 November 1979, the amount so far spent, the expected duration of the campaign and the number and size of advertisement plans in each national newspaper or periodical.

The total cost of the advertising campaign will be £83,842. This includes £21,062 for posters and leaflets. So far £59,947 has been spent. The campaign started on 1 November 1979 and will continue until 23 February 1980.
