§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he expects to publish the survey of vacant properties which was referred to on page 2 of the National Dwelling and Housing Survey and which was expected in 1979.

338Wout the total sum budgeted for advertising the home insulation scheme since 1 November 1979, the amount so far spent, the expected duration of the campaign and the number and size of advertisement plans in each national newspaper or periodical.
§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe total cost of the advertising campaign will be £83,842. This includes £21,062 for posters and leaflets. So far £59,947 has been spent. The campaign started on 1 November 1979 and will continue until 23 February 1980.
