§ Mr. Neil MartenFour aid loans amounting to £22.5 million have been made available to the Government of Mozambique since 1976; the last loan agreement was signed in June 1978. £11.6 million has already been spent. £8.8 million of the remainder is fully committed and will be used up over the next few years; and £2.1 million remains unallocated.
