§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 4 February 1980]: No. Subject to approval for the project, the first Inland Revenue region to be converted to computer-based working for PAYE will be the West Midlands where the PSA has been authorised to begin negotiations to provide accommodation which could house the development centre and the first regional processing centre.
