§ Mr. Newensasked the Secretary of State for Defence if any supplies of shellfish toxin are currently held in the United Kingdom for military or special military or other operations; and, if so, if the use of this toxin would be in accordance with all the United Kingdom's international obligations on the use of chemical and biological agents.
