§ 36. Mr. Russell Johnstonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he is satisfied with the ability of Scotswomen granted paternity awards against residents of England to secure payment, as a result of the different legal systems.
§ Mr. RifkindAlimentary decrees of a Scottish sheriff court, consequent on an action for affiliation and aliment, may be registered in a magistrates' court in England, and will thereafter be enforced in the same way as would be an order of the English court.
I am not aware that this procedure in general gives rise to any difficulty.
