§ Mr. David Priceasked the Lord Privy Seal what assurances the United Kingdom has obtained from the Governments of Italy and Switzerland regarding the contracts of British Nuclear Fuels Limited to reprocess spent nuclear fuel from those countries.
§ Mr. HurdNotes were exchanged with the Swiss Government on 22–31 October 1979 and with the Italian Government on 11 January about the return of waste and the form in which plutonium should be transported. Copies of these are being placed in the Library of the House.
