§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer when the economic progress report for December, referred to in his reply, Official Report, 3 December 1979, c. 75–6, was made available to the press and to other persons and organisations on the circulation list.
§ Mr. LawsonThe supplement to the economic progress report which contained the economic forecasts was distributed to the press and made available to Members on 22 November. From that date of publication it was available, on request, to members of the public who may have seen reference to it in the press. The supplement was then distributed to the usual mailing list following the publication of the December issue of Economic Progress Report on 12 December.
