asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what is the number and proportion of pupils attending maintained schools in the London borough of Brent who are in receipt of free school meals.

On a day in October 1979 the number of pupils attending maintained schools in the London borough of Brent who received free dinners was 4,983–13.4 per cent. of those present.
