§ Mr. St. John-StevasNo. I do not consider that the expense involved could be justified. I understand that seven copies of Erskine May are currently available for Members in the Library. No doubt the number of copies available there could be slightly increased if there was evidence that seven were insufficient to meet the demands of Members.
