§ Mr. Meacherasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will give a breakdown of all the cuts in public expenditure that the Government have so far implemented, indicating both the amounts cut in each item and the total; and if he will give a similar breakdown of cuts already announced but not yet implemented.
