§ 50. Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he is satisfied with the rules governing the provision of credit for trade with Eastern Europe by the Export Credit Guarantees Department under current circumstances.
§ Mr. NottI am satisfied that the terms and conditions on which ECGD support credit for trade with these countries are not more favourable than those provided by other major industrial countries. No changes beyond those already announced in respect of the Anglo-Soviet credit agreement are proposed at present.
