§ Mr. ParkinsonI am sorry if my answer of20 December 1979—[Vol. 960, c. 3331—to my hon. Friend was not clear. The loan to which he has drawn my attention was agreed in 1964 and increased in 1965. When the loan was approved it was specifically provided on a non-concessionary rate of interest. This was then 6 per cent. It was for this reason not included in my answer. My right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal is today providing 57W further information about the loan in reply to another question from my hon. Friend.
