(2) how many patients have been waiting (a) one year, (b) two years, (c) three years, (d) four years, (e) five years, and (f) more than five years, for hip replacement surgery at the Good Hope district general hospital, Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham health district;
(3) how many patients are currently on the list at the Good Hope district general 791W hospital, Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham health district, awaiting hip replacement surgery.
