§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe consultation paper issued on 18 October sought comments on the Government's proposals on the sale of council houses. Rhuddlan BC, Montgomery DC, Glyndwr DC, Arfon BC, Dinefwr BC, Carmarthen DC, Lliw Valley BC, Colwyn BC and Ynys Mon BC asked for all or part of their areas to be designated rural areas.
