§ Dr. BoysonThe new arrangements were set out in the reply to the hon. Member for Holborn and St. Pancras, South (Mr. Dobson) on Thursday 27 November. The amount of money to be made available for each union will be a matter for settlement at institutional, and where appropriate, local authority level.
