§ Mr. Jim Lester.I refer the hon. Member to my right hon. Friend's statement in the House on 21 November 1980 in which he gave details of the programme of special employment measures for 1981–82. Additional job opportunities in rural areas are also provided through the assistance given to small firms by the Development Commission and Council for Small Industries in Rural Areas.
