§ Mr. Robert C. Brownasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether he is satisfied with the progress of energy conservation in the Northern region; and what 393W consideration he has given to making special provision because of the climatic conditions of the area in winter time.
§ Mr. John MooreI believe that industry, local authorities and others concerned are making good progress with energy conservation in the Northern region. I do not consider that climatic differences justify special provisions for energy conservation in the region.
