§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergIt is open to a local authority which wishes to acquire an existing dwelling from the National Coal Board or any other vendor to apply to my right hon. Friend for loan sanction. Each application is considered on its merits. No special arrangements are proposed for purchases from the National Coal Board.
