§ Mr. Muddasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement about the changes in the arrangements for publicity on fuel conservation in transport.
§ Mr. David HowellYes. The Prime Minister has agreed that arrangements for such publicity should be transferred to the Minister of Transport in accordance with the policy that Departments should take the lead on particular energy conservation matters within their area of responsibility.
