asked the Secretary of State for Industry, pursuant to the Lord Privy Seal's written reply to the hon. Member for Lincoln (Mr. Carlisle) of 27 October on EEC budget refunds, Official Report, column 98, what proposals he intends to make for Community investment under the headings "industrial sites", "advanced factories" and "telecommunication."
