§ Mr. PattieThe former officers' mess at RAF, Bicester will be transferred to the Property Services Agency for disposal during the next few days. It will then arrange for its sale on the open market. I am satisfied that the existing measures to protect the building are adequate and have prevented any undue vandalism.
