Mr. Marlow

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will set out the rate of income tax increase which, for a married man with two children and wife not working, with average mortgage, would have had the same effect on net income for those earning £100, £110, £120, £130, £140, £150, £160, £170, £180, £190, £200, £210 and £220 per week as the recent increase in range and percentage of national insurance contributions.
