§ Mr. TebbitThe Spanish report on the crash of the Dan-Air Boeing 727 at Tenerife has not yet been completed, but the Spanish authorities have indicated their intention of providing my Department with a draft of the final report by the end of December 1980. It would not be 255W realistic to speculate about a publication date until the draft has been received. No further statement on this matter is contemplated at the present time.
