However, in order to achieve a constant price, the total capital expenditure has been repriced in line with the average increase in the public works non-roads index, and total revenue expenditure, which will include internal funds used to self-finance capital projects, has been repriced in line with the year on year increase in the retail price index, using the end of the year figure in March.
