§ Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what estimate he has made of when the resources of the EEC will be inadequate to meet its obligations on the basis of its current commitments and budget.
§ Mr. Lawson[pursuant to his reply, 15 December 1980, c. 36]: The expenditure commitments provided in the Community's 1981 draft budget are fully covered by projected revenues. Both in 1981 and in the later years, the Community will have to contain its expenditure commitments within the available revenues.
