§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe National Council for Voluntary Organisations has not made any formal offer to my Department to publish this report. The council's imprint, the Bedford Square Press, has expressed some interest in publishing an abridged version and has had preliminary discussions with my Department about copyright and other matters, but has not made any firm proposals.
