§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will set out in the Official Report the number of units of accommodation in the Basildon constituency owned by the Basildon district council, the Waltham Forest district council and the Basildon 505W development corporation and the number of applications for purchase from and completed sales to tenants of each Busing authority in the same constituency.
